Just days before, on June 10, Kelly filed an emergency motion claiming a murder-for-hire plot involving Aryan Brotherhood inmates<\/strong><\/a> and BOP officials. He was immediately thrown in the hole (solitary), and the next day, staff allegedly told him to take a heavy dose of anxiety and sleep meds.<\/span><\/p>\n

The next morning he\u00a0had to be rushed to Duke Hospital<\/strong>, where he stayed for two days \u2014 and was allegedly released against medical advice.<\/span><\/p>\n

They\u2019re also saying prison officials are trying to shut him up about the murder plot by keeping him in solitary and pushing him toward a mental or physical breakdown.<\/span><\/p>\n
