According to arrest warrants, 54-year-old Robert Christopher Smith<\/strong><\/a>,<\/em> of Supply<\/em>, was taken into custody on Tuesday, October 7, by the Brunswick County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/em><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Authorities say Smith<\/em> is facing five counts of statutory sex offense with a child and ten counts of indecent liberties with a child.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Court documents allege the disturbing crimes happened between May 1, 2020, and 2024 \u2014 a\u00a0 span investigators believe involved repeated abuse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Smith<\/em> was booked into the Brunswick County Detention Center.<\/span><\/p>\n
