Irizarry<\/em><\/strong>, both of Richlands<\/em>, were arrested Friday, October 31. Court documents show the incident happened on October 26<\/em> and involved a vehicle being hit with an incendiary explosive device \u2014 a Molotov cocktail.<\/span><\/p>\n
