Cardi B is also seeking primary physical custody and legal custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Kulture. She also wants Offset to pay child support, according to TMZ.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, Cardi B says that she and Offset are currently separated, and “there are no prospects for reconciliation.”
Cardi B is also asking for “an equitable division of all marital assets.” Neither of the parties had a prenup.
The two secretly got married in 2017 but made the announcement the year after.
It’s sad to see that Cardi B has allowed a man to break her down to the ground like he has since their union, but it seems like this quarantine has helped her up.
I hope this ends well because divorces can get ugly.
