Craven County Sheriff’s Department says they have arrested a man who was peeping and secretly recording juveniles.

25-year-old Demetre Lakwanne Frazier of Pine Circle in Havelock, N.C. has been charged with six counts of felony secret peeping and three felony counts of possessing photographic images from peeping.

Police say Frazier would record juveniles and save the images, according to a press release.

Frazier was arrested on September 24, 2020, and he remains in the Craven County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond.
