One man was arrested at the #ReOpenNC Protest in Raleigh, Tuesday.
State Capitol Police arrested and charged 45-year-old Jason Alan Lanier of California with second-degree trespass.
Police have not said the reason for Lanier’s arrest but he was booked in the Wake County Jail at 1:00 p.m., according to Wake County Jail.
In a video surfacing online, Lanier said he was recording an interview when police arrested him.
