Employees Confront Paul Webber Over Missing Paychecks at Sweet & Salty Grill Shallotte

The North Carolina Beat has obtained shocking video from inside Sweet & Salty Grill in Shallotte, North Carolina, that shows owner Paul Webber snatching money straight out of the employees’ tip jar, slamming it on the counter, and aggressively sliding it toward staffers like it was dirty laundry.

The wild incident happened Friday night, and witnesses tell The North Carolina Beat things got completely out of hand after Webber allegedly refused to hand over the employees’ paychecks.

On Sunday, we dropped a video circulating on social media showing employees confronting Webber about their missing pay — and that’s when the situation went left.
