Authorities in Vance County, North Carolina have arrested a woman and charged her with first-degree murder after deputies say she stabbed her husband during a domestic altercation.
According to the Vance County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a reported domestic situation around 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. When they arrived, they found 26-year-old Delfine Lowder Sr. suffering from a stab wound.
Authorities said Lowder later died from his injuries. Investigators identified and arrested 26-year-old Queen Allah at the scene. She has been charged with first-degree murder.

Allah is currently being held at the Vance County Detention Center without bond.
It’s unclear what led up to the stabbing but the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation is assisting the sheriff’s office with the investigation.
